Musik, Serious Gaming und Konzentrationsfähigkeit – mit der App entdecken die Kinder die Magie der klassischen Musik mit interaktiven Spielen.
Activity 1
As a musician, it is important to be able to listen to the other musicians. You will now put your listening skills to the test!
Task:
Form groups of 4. Each group gets a sheet of paper (M2). Various everyday sounds will now be played to you. Can you guess what they are? Discuss as a group and write down the corresponding sound. At the end, compare and see which group has guessed the most sounds correctly.

- Wine corks
Activity 2
The teacher provides the students with access to the Virtual Music House via VR headsets, tablets or PCs.
Tip
If there are not enough VR headsets, tablets, or PCs available, two or three students can work together on one device. In a computer room, headphones are highly recommended, as the devices are usually very close to each other.
Task:
Go into the SONORIUM of the Fortissimo Music House and produce each of the three different radio plays with at least two different sounds.
If there is still time...
... the class can share their experiences in the Fortissimo Music House.
Questions for reflection
Which of the exercises were easy and which were difficult? Why?
How did you recognise the sounds?
What do these sounds distributed around the room have in common with making music or an orchestra?
Skills learned in this lesson:
Pupils...
... develop their auditory perception by identifying and categorising different everyday sounds.
... train their musical hearing through targeted listening exercises in the Digital Music House.
... reflect on their listening skills by sharing their experiences and difficulties in dealing with the perception of different sounds in class.
